One on one performance with judging critique followup. Ratings on song

knowledge. At high school Graduation Ceremony Performed the National
Anthem as a duet.
-Show Choir: by audition 1997-1998
Given Senior music award. Group consisted of six couples to perform
song with dance. Traveled to public events and various K-12 schools for
assembly presentations.
-Electric Guitar Band: lead singer, by audition 1998
As a new program to our high school, we performed at school assemblies
and year end Christmas concert.
-Theater: Cast and Crew member 1997-1998
Worked on the set of and performed as cast member in, “Wizard of Oz”
and performed in “My Fair Lady” as, Eliza Doolittle’s maidservants.
-Color Guard: Team member and recruiter. 1997-1998
As a new program to our high school, we participated in football games,
local parades, and joined the band on the field for exhibitions. I designed,
drew and painted our backdrops for various performances.
EMPLOYMENT
2011-2015 Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, Provo, Utah
-Health Unit Coordinator: Worked on intensive care unit, prepared
doctor’s orders after and rounds, recognized for my calm and efficient
demenior during all high stress situations, scheduled medical procedures
for unit patients, ran various errands, answered phones, greeted patrons,
stocked office supplies. Designated manager and decorator for annual
unit Halloween party
2010-2011 Covenant Employment Services, Salt Lake City, Utah
-Employment Specialist: served as job coach and in some cases, as a life
coach assisting in resume help, performed mock interviews with clients
and training on grooming skills. In addition, some clients were Deaf. I
helped set up, and was required to attend job interviews to provide
interpreting services. Tracked own hours, attended weekly focus district
